There is a large dog roaming the halls without a leash and allowed in the breakfast room UNLEASHED - a clear health code violation - and staff has embraced and allowed it making us feel unsafe in the halls and unable to participate in the breakfast that is part of our stay package. Check-in staff remains top notch, but it is probably not enough to bring us back to IHC property EVER AGAIN.

We stayed last night and we were very pleased with check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our rooms could’ve been cleaner however we still left cash tips for housekeeping. Motel is under construction so some dust and dirt but nothing outrageous. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Excellent coffee in lobby, pool and hot tub area needs a little work but the hot tub was cleanish and perfect temperature. Room was quiet and had black out for light. Breakfast was a bit lacking however they did have yogurt and oatmeal. There are no gluten free options for bread which would be a nice bonus and make all the difference in world for breakfast area. Breakfast area staff was also very pleasant and helpful. We loved that my son was able to borrow books to return at checkout. We would definitely stay again and are very understanding about some minor housekeeping issues related to construction. We will definitely be back!

We booked online for 2 queen beds. We checked in to a host that had no personality and acted as if she hated her job. Upon entering our room, we found it was double beds and not as we had booked. We tried to express this to the front desk staff and they were unable to satisfy a change in our booking, management was called and the front desk host told me management wasn’t available after he was on the phone with him. They were rude, unaccommodating and unsupportive of the need for more space. Poor management, poor communication, poor professionally educated staff- poor quality. Unfortunately this hotel will never receive
