Bed quite comfortable , breakfast great, shuttle to hotel and back to airport extremely convenient. What spoiled our stay as we arrived at 10pm, wasthe response of service of the desk staff. We are 2 seniors 78 and 84, both walking with canes and holding on to canes. At that time, no other customers at front desk. We had each a heavy suitcase. I had to ask the male to lift the suitcases onto cart, no offer from that staff to take it to our room on the 3rd floor although it would be apparent to anyone seeing me struggling manuevering the cart. That in itself spoiled our stay. The inattention to our needs and lack of a kind simple action!

Room was clean. Had a shampoo and body gel container in the shower. Made it convenient. No unpacking as we were leaving at 4:00 am. A great shuttle system as there were about thirty of us at the hotel leaving at that time. Two shuttles. Far enough away from airport that you didn’t here noise.

The only issue I had is that my real key card was never programmed. I had to use the app on my phone to get into my room. The breakfast they provided was also HORRIBLE for a Hilton property. Barely had any selection and they only had fake eggs and ham

The property is super close to the airport, making it a convenient spot to stay before or after a trip. The rooms are very big with lots of amenities including full size fridge and microwave. The room was clean but needed a good deep clean.
