You get what you pay for. However, we really do like the layout of the rooms, and the master bed wasn't bad. The living room sis was probably at least 30 years old, broken down so you sink to the floor, and must've seldom been cleaned, if ever. We were told that only the pet rooms on 1st floor are like that. Oh well. The breakfasts were very good! But be forewarned, tho they tell you it goes to 9 (or 10 wknds), they stop putting more food out at 8:30 (or 9:30) and it's usually gone completely a couple minutes l8r. Wait to the last minute and you'll go away hungry.

Pet fee was twenty dollars. Cookies at the front desk when we checked in. Simple but appreciated hot breakfast in the morning that was included in our stay. Functional studio space with large desk and surprisingly equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi worked well. Quiet "neighborhood" that was mostly office buildings. Plentiful free parking.

The idea of extended stay, allowing one to prepare one's own meals is quite helpful. Offering a no cost laundry room is also helpful. It allowed me to pack less clothing, knowing I could launder what I brought and wear items a second time. The staff were friendly and willing to help in any way I needed. I would definitely recommend this location and, if in the area in the future, I won't think twice about booking with them again.

This was a very good stay. Could use a physical update (couch and chairs) but everything was super clean. Would recommend and would stay again. Location was superb. Breakfast was very good and had a great selection. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

Clean. Breakfast is modest and consistent. Fairly quiet. Free laundry but you do have to schedule it. My bed was comfortable so was the pull out sofa. Staff is friendly with good communication but also they let you be unless you need something from them. Fred Meyers is about a $10 Lyft ride away with a few fast food restaurants around that area.
