I reserved a room wheelchair accessible did not receive that. They gave us a dirty room and oldest room available on the 3rd floor. The rooms paint was chipping off, toilet was dirty, the bathroom tub was chipped and old. Water barely worked and room smelled awful.

Everything was great except they put us on the 4th floor directly under the rear parking light on the back of the building, and we checked in promptly at 3:00.

This hotel was a nice no frills property. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I was in town to spend time with family, so this hotel was perfect. There were stores and shopping nearby, but nothing on the hotel property. I did hear someone walking in the room above me, that was my only concern.

Friendly staff, convenient location, moderate price. Bed was uncomfortable & small, virtually no sound insulation between rooms. Breakfast room very small. Basically, the facility needs some upgrades & remodeling to be competitive with nearby hotels.

Pictures are misleading. This property is so old, it’s dark, and has a very closed in feeling. Because of the ability to cook in room, any meals cooked stink up the hallways for days - ventilation to get rid of smells is almost nonexistent.

I stayed in this property for 7 days before extending my stay for another 2 nights. Horrible experience with the house keeping. As per the policy, they were supposed to get it cleaned every 3 days, I raised multiple complaints, left the “Please clean” sign out of my room hanging, reached out to the front desk only to find out it hadn’t been cleaned for 5 days straight. Even after repetitive complaints and requests raised with the front desk, nothing changed. I stayed here only because I had to, I couldn’t find other options in the short timeline, highly wouldn’t recommend anyone to book a stay here.
