Worst experience in a hotel I have ever had

Bed room smelled like smoke, random bugs kept showing up in the room killed at least 15. Stained on walls, couch, curtains, bathroom tubs, sink and bathtub dripping water. Restaurant next door kept me up all night with the loud music, and people outside.

My overall experience was good. The hotel has a very small and limited quick kind of on the go type breakfast. But they do have a waffle maker which is a plus.

Our air conditioner didn't work, our TV didn't work, the pool was closed for apparently a long time with no information online about it. Breakfast was very minimal choices. Lady at the front desk did try to find us a better room where they air conditioner worked okay. You do get a free drink voucher to the attached restaurant which was definitely taking advantage of!

Didn't like smell, at night grill was so busy we couldn't find a parking spot. Says it has a pool and we were told the pool has been out of service for a long time with no intentions of repairing it. Third floor carpet stained and dirty. Room was nice in general. If you come back to room at night good luck finding parking.

Room toilet was leaking water. Also very upset to see the pool was out of service. Rooms were clean except for mirrors they were dirty. Also a/c unit was leaking water and caused carpet to be wet in that area.
