I've been coming to this inn for many many years, and I like how convenient it is to get to from the interstate. The rooms have been given a much needed and well deserved upgrading since I was last here. The bed is super comfortable, and having a kitchenette is great. All in all, this is a small comfortable family owned inn that serves its guests well

Rooms smelled musty, there were patches all over the ceiling in the rooms as if they had tons of leaks. Surely an hour after we checked in, water was leaking from the room above. When we informed the front desk, he said “The room above must be showering” nonchalantly as if this was a regular occurrence. He was kind enough to switch us to a different room that didn’t leak but this room also smelled terribly musty. It’s unfortunate because the staff seems very nice. But the rooms are in terrible condition and I would never pay to stay here again.

An enjoyable one night stay

Very comfortable, for the price. Breakfast with a lot of choices, with helpful workers. There are tables with umbrellas, where you can sit outdoors to comfortably eat a meal you brought in.

A nice place to stay in Portsmouth. Nothing fancy, but the bed is comfortable, the shower is great.. Microwave, ironing board, good space..24 hour front desk. Very convenient to get to downtown. It’s not in a walkable area..I wasn’t concerned about that.
