Our stay at the Inn was very pleasant. The room was large and appropriately updated, as well as very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was not in the center of all the activity, but close enough to be convenient.

Hotel was inexpensive and readily available for the night. Beds were comfy, nice large double Queen room. Bathroom was huge in comparison to most motels. A little dates but suited our needs. It’s less than 10 mins to downtown from here, which was great and easy to navigate to the downtown free parking lots. Downside was breakfast which was not a full continental breakfast. Literally it was cereal, packed instant oatmeal, frozen egg bagel halves that neede microwaved. They did have yogurt but was definitely lacking at least some other warm option to chose from. Also, we stayed in the front part facing HWY 1, and didn’t know there was a back section of rooms until the morning. Those would have been quieter than where we stayed. Traffic was loud in the morning. I would stay here again, simply for the cleanliness and price.

Absolutely lovely!

Very clean and cute! All the staff were so friendly! We loved that there was no carpet in the rooms. So much cleaner and no musty carpet smell. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in NH.

Staff was great. You have to drive to enter Portsmouth itself. Property is close to 95 but quiet. Breakfast is standard. Everything was clean and well maintained.

It is a very clean inn. I like that the rooms enter from outside. However, when a woman comes by herself, do not put her in the farthest room that is next to a stairwell with no lights!!!! Very upset by this situation! I will be letting them know that this is not an ideal situation.
