Arrived at 3:45. Check in was at 4:00. There was at least half dozen people waiting in the lobby. The woman would not even start the check in procedure, until the stroke of 4:00. The "breakfast" was a joke. There wasn't even any Splenda or Equal.

Room was clean and had not only a little fridge but also a microwave. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a little basic, but there's a fancy coffee machine that makes good coffee, and the yogurt is good.

wanted hot continental choices. did not use the laundry. food was fresh, no fruit. mattress bed was very comfortable. walls could use sound proofing, but too late. nice renovation.

The staff was by far the best part about this hotel. We stayed one night as a pass through and forgot our personal pillows. Within 40 mins of our departure, they called and would hold onto our pillows until we returned or offered to ship them. The hotel is clean and the price was perfect.

I’ve been visiting this location annually for over 30 years and upon checking in (about 2 hours early) they wanted me to pay $20 to be able to s access the room early. This tells me that a room was already ready (probably the same room I got later). This resulted in a long check in line at 4 o’clock. Total nickel and dime unprofessionalism that was probably instituted by a new age manager.

The front desk lady was very nice. The room is nicely decorated with newer fixtures and furniture and it was spotless! It’s a comfortable bed and it was quiet all night.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and think it’s terrific for the money. It’s in a great location close to town and walkable to many stores and eateries. The rooms are clean, nicely renovated and have comfortable beds.
