I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a mixed experience. The room was small but clean, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the toilet did not flush properly every time. I contacted the front desk and while they did try to help, no maintenance ever came to the room and there was no follow-up, which was disappointing. The hotel seemed understaffed and overwhelmed during our stay. The air conditioner was also not working properly. Even though it was winter, we still needed air circulation in the room, which made our stay less comfortable. The pool itself was fine, but the area around the pool was very slippery, and there were not enough towels available. Breakfast was decent both mornings. The egg omelet and sausage were fine and consistent each day. Overall, the stay had some positives, but the lack of maintenance follow-up and staffing issues affected our experience.
