The breakfast was overpriced and burnt. It took us forever to get service (and it wasn’t even busy). We ordered two French toasts which were burnt to a black crisp. We also ordered the lemon soufflé pancakes which were flat and also burnt to a crisp and black. Terrible. I hope they aren’t supposed to look like that. I felt bad for the server , wasn’t her fault!

What an amazing visit. We loved everything . We weren’t a fan of our first room, but the staff quickly found us a room we loved. Absolutely our favorite hotel. With that said, the food could use a little. We did HH in the Glass room AND breakfast in the Peacock room. Eggs (scrambled and poached) were way over cooked and bland. But a good time was has by all.

The room was beautiful and clean. Stayed in one of the one bedroom suites and loved that it had a corner room, great views of the area. The only downside is the size of the bathroom, but the building is 99 years old so there is only so much that can be done. That staff was super helpful, and the employee ran elevator was very nostalgic. My first time staying here and I am sorry I waited so long.

The Hassayampa was a lovely and cozy classy hotel. The staff was very attentive and all amenities nice. Perfect location to walk around Prescott. They were also welcoming of our dog who was allowed to sit with us in the lobby while we ordered drinks. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff, only problem is they task their “coffee barista” in the main lobby from 6am to 11am with waiting tables and running errands (so I was told by front desk staff). This consequently leaves the coffee shop unattended for quite sometime. I waited 15 minutes for that person to return, it never happened so I left. That needs improvement.
