There are issues with cleanliness at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted with pubic hairs and dried fluids on the toilet seat. The staff sent out an inquiry about my stay and I replied with this information. No further attempts were made to contact me. Too gross. Uncaring staff. I'll never go back.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Nice restaurant and bar on the property. Good location just a short walk to Whiskey Row. Word of caution: don’t take any room that ends in 1,2 or 3. Lot of road noise .

We travelled with a dog and staff were kind and helpful. Loved the 24 hour store- self service. The downtown is close, elevators fast and in great shape. Good service for morning breakfast in the restaurant.
