Room was disgusting. Couch was so gross I didn’t even want my dog to be on it. No way to hold water in the sink. No plug or stopper. Could not shave if I tried. Shower head was inadequate. Neighbors were rowdy and noisy. Did not feel safe. Definitely will not stay there again. Overpriced as well. Front office personnel were friendly and polite.

Very warm room, decent breakfast. Polite staff. But the room needs renovation. The toilet didn't flush properly, and there were problems with the water control in the shower. I don't want to give it 4 stars, but repairs need to be done.

The gal at the front desk was totally awesome and was a big help and i was thrilled with the whole staff the room was very clean if i had a complaint it would just be that i did not sleep because the bed or more importantly the mattress sucked i did need sleep but could not unfortunately but besides that jt was a great place to stay

The room was listed as "Non Smoking", but when we opened the door and stepped in it reaked of old smoke and staleness. If we hadn't been so tired we would have asked for a refund and left. At checkout, I let her know the condition of the room. She said that the other receptionist shouldn't have rented out that room because it was still in transition from smoking to nonsmoking.
