But the room felt like it needed some updating and the flush cause some problems (the staff dealt with it immediately) there was no breakfast, at night I kept on waking up when people got in and out of their rooms since there was no insulation! The room was beautiful and the front desk staff was very kind and helpful! The only annoying thing was the heater kept making a loud ticking noise all night. Otherwise the stay was fine. Very close to the hospital which was the reason for our stay. It served our purpose well.

I reserved 2 rooms. One for myself and husband and one for friends. Their room smelled and had flooding on the bathroom floor. They were initially told that there were no more rooms available and they couldn't be moved. After some deliberation the hotel manager, Mikki, found a room for them to move into and said they could have the room gratis as well as any incidentals and breakfast.
