Quiet time 10pm-8am The blue pods are soap to wash clothes. Shake off sand from towels and clothes outside before putting in the washer or dryer.
Take garbage out more often to reduce fruit flies. Turn off all fans and lights before leaving condo everyday.
Please do not feed the wild chickens and feral cats. There is a $150 fine for this violation per HOA rules.
