Our double queen room was nicely sized and very clean. But the AC fan was loud when it cut on. We tried keeping the fan constantly on but the control wouldn’t let us. Not crazy about the bathroom setup. The actual tub/shower/toilet area was very small and did not have a fan. The two sinks and mirrors were outside that bath area which is less than ideal. The second day, we received no maid service, so I went to front desk around 6pm to request shower towls and washcloths. I was told by the front desk person that they would let housekeeping know and they would bring them right up. I returned to my room, but had to return an hour and a half later to find out what it took to get fresh towels. After my second visit, they arrived quickly. The hotel is nice, but the last night there were little kids running throughout the hotel we think due to a soccer tournament. There was a lot going on at the hotel that night, so we went to bed late. The breakfast buffet n Ed’s more variety. The staff was great, but the food was so so.

The room was great and bed was really comfortable. I tried to stream tv but couldn’t get it to cast, I gave up. The shower only got kind of warm and the shower head looks like it has multiple settings but nothing obvious to change them. I called the front desk to ask for a shower cap and was told it would be sent right up. After waiting 10-15 minutes, I got in shower anyway or I’d be late, plus I’d have to dry my hair now. The shower cap came as I was putting on my coat to leave. In spite of the issues I’d still stay there again, it’s a very nice hotel. Next time I’ll be sure to get help with the tv and bring my own shower cap.

Everything was great. But 1 day my coffee was dark roast and next day light for some reason. Dark roast is the preference always. Also the gym did not have TV, need to add TVs
