Don’t stay at this property it very dirty & terrible service They switched me into different rooms yet both rooms were very unkept and dirty! No house keeping at all. You can see the bed was unmade. Pee stain all over the toilet! Kitchen skin stains all over! The room smells really bad! Stain on the sofa. And the front desk saw all this as he came to checked with me on the second room. He looked embarrassed. I requested to cancelled my booking. They agreed to do that and they didn’t do it. They told expedite they would not refund me. I lost my money & also had a really bad experience

Upon checking in, I was asked to make a deposit for almost double my stay that was not mentioned when booked. After giving push back, they gave me my hotel key. Once I got into my room, I saw it was an adjoining room but that wasn’t the problem. The problem was the adjoining door was so thin, I could hear the guests next door sneeze and clear their throat. That was totally unacceptable. On the day of checkout, they tried to charge my card double. There was a hold for the initial reservation and they tried to charge my card for the entire stay. My bank ended up freezing my card for security reasons because there were so many tries and multiple charges of different amounts from the hotel. I never ordered room service or had anything charged to the room. It was confusing to me that I was expected to pay double the quoted price. And it wasn’t for incidentals or anything of that nature. I’ve NEVER experienced anything of this nature with ANY other hotel and I’m a frequent traveler. I will never use Crowne Plaza for a stay ever again.

We were placed in a room with a broken air conditioning unit, the room was 56 degrees when we checked in and the unit would not shut off. A maintenance person was sent to our room rather than moving us and ensuring the problem was fixed before assigning anyone the room. We had to manually turn the air on or off as it wouldn't self regulate and shut off at a desired temp, it would keep getting colder. The first night of our stay we could hear every word spoken in the next room through the connecting door. The second morning we were awoken by ongoing loud beeping noises outside our window at 6:30am that continued until we checked out at 9am. We found there was some type of work being done on upper floors and the lift being being used was directly outside our windows. Oh and the nightstand and room door wouldn't close all the way. Frustrating and not a relaxing stay for us.

I had to leave hotel and book another hotel room, cause management thought I was prostitute and intoxicated. They were harassing me inside and outside the property. I had to ask to call police to report it and bring me safely to my new hotel location.
