The staff were respectful and accommodating. Checked in at my room in the evening. Everything was clean and orderly no smells, quiet hallways. The next morning I went to shower there was hair on the tub floor and stains on my towel. It wasn’t to the point of unbearable nastiness but stuff I shouldn’t be looking at while checking into a hotel. Other than that my stay was calm and pleasant.

I put down for my boyfriend to be able to check in since he would be there before me….. they wouldn’t allow him to check in. I also booked a king size bed room and they gave me a room with 2 full size beds instead. The bathroom had stains on the walls. They also had the water shut off from 10am to 6pm the next day. When I booked it said check out was at noon how ever check out was 11am instead. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. The hotel seemed a bit run down. I don’t recommend this hotel in that plaza. The other 2 hotels in that plaza are far better.
