Several machines had “sorry out of order”( dryer 2nd floor laundry) vending and rm 209 handicap access shower nozzle was tied with twine and soap dish was badly cracked upon our arrival. Room rug had stains. We appreciated the shower chair and snowy white towels. The breakfast buffet was great. Plenty of handicap parking.

Overall the stay was nice. Clean, spacious room. Good breakfast. Only problems were that the pool and guest laundry were out of order/unavailable for the entirety of my 2 night stay, which was disappointing because those were the main reasons I picked that hotel.

Great check in. All seemed clean until we opened the microwave and their was pizza from previous guests in there! That was a bit alarmingly but hey, everyone makes mistakes. The front desk receptionist Andrea was great. She not only was very pleasant, had a good sense of humor and also worked to help fellow employees to make the guests stay go well.
