Comfortable, clean, warm customer service

The Breakwater is a wonderful place to stay in. First of all, the customer service is hands-down above and beyond most of the places I’ve ever stayed in. The location is spectacular, you just look out the window and see the water. The room was clean, neat, and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The sheets and bedspread were also very nice and easy on the eyes. White linens with a solid blue bedspread that is tucked under beautifully. There was a refrigerator in the room and TV. The shower water pressure was wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and I am happy to very highly recommend it.

Great place right on the ocean

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was huge and comfortable. However, the bathroom was tiny and a little bit shoddy. The breakfast was nothing to cheer about.

Overall the stay was great and we would definitely stay again next time we’re in P Town! My only complaint would be that despite the room having black out shades, the door windows did not so the sun woke us up early both mornings. Not a huge deal though.
