Although the hosts did a great job sprucing up an old property it had serious limitations. The parking… or lack of anything for blocks was a huge problem. Bags have to be transported up several outdoor stair cases, rough brick pathways and finally narrow indoor stairs. It really made our room impractical for anything but a weekend trip. The air con was struggling to cool the room. The hallways were hot. The bathroom was tiny, but well appointed with shower essentials. The location was great for walking to everything. We just worried about parking our obvious “tourist” car blocks away.

It’s a good newly renovated property. Easy to get around because it’s in center of the town . Some upper floor rooms could be tricky to get into because the stairs are very narrow Overall good experience

This property is not up to the standards that they’re charging premium pricing. The building is old and worn out and they try to do a quick refresh on it. Windows don’t function no screens and windows. Electrical outlets don’t function. The building is old and needs a lot more work if you’re gonna charge premium pricing

Bed comfort was good. Bathroom was nice. Property brick walkways & patios were heavily soiled. Several times the outside sofa & chairs cushions were covered in pet hairs or damp spots. Someone put their cooler packs and left them in the ice maker placed in the ice to freeze which makes the ice unsanitary.

Ptown gem

Waterford has always been my PTown go-to when traveling via ferry from Boston! David especially at Waterford is accommodating and responds to any concerns quickly without hesitation.

Fabulous location for exploring P-town and for walking everywhere. Rooms were comfortable and clean and bright and beautiful and exactly as advertised. The restaurant adjacent to the inn is excellent. Note - property might be challenging for people with mobility issues. There is overnight parking across the street for $40.

Great place. And it's OLD. The floors have sagged. The staircases are not level. The halls slant. In other words - it was perfect! Loved my stay.

The property is very nice and the location was excellent. Thankfully P-town has lots of options for food and entertainment. Parking is another story altogether, but Ptown is small enough that seemingly long distances are actually close by.

Bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and location was great with easy walking to shops and restaurants. Just note however that stairs are steep and narrow to the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. So if have mobility issues, may want to contact hotel to get a room on the first floor.
