Musty smell throughout, fans in corners try to keep air flow, elevator did not work our 2nd morning & when I told front desk I was told “well it worked about an hour ago”. Requested complete room service & no re stock of coffee, tissues, toilet paper or cups. We won’t return-

Staff were all kind, it was a quiet and calm atmosphere. We spent 2 nights, breakfast was ok and cleanliness was also ok. The hard flooring in the bathroom area of our room could have used a good mopping and the breakfast area floor was dirty in the afternoon, while we hanging out in the lobby area waiting on someone.

I booked this property specifically for the hot tub. The hot tub was out for ROUTINE maintenance which they did NOT disclose on Expedia, nor upon check in. When I asked about the tub they said it was not available for painting and I could drive to a nets by community center and buy a day pass there if I wanted a hot tub. The outside was dirty with overflowing trash cans and litter in the lot. Finally, there was blood on my sheets (see pix). I complained and was promised a refund by the manager (owner?) who has reneged. Avoid the bait and switch, crooked, filthy, rip-off joint.
