Hotel was very clean, new and updated. The staff were great, especially Annie who worked overnights. The coffee station was open 24/7 with hot chocolate and teas available too. Fantastic breakfast, with different options each day. Omelets, sausages, hot oatmeal with nuts and berries to add in. Strawberry and blueberry waffles with toppings like sprinkles and cookie pieces were a hit with our son. The pool was clean and on great shape. The hot tub as well. The room was spacious and clean, comfy beds as a pillows. We really enjoyed our stay!

Could hear every door closing all night. Had a room with a door to adjoining room. Big gap under door so you could hear all the talking and kid noise at 3 am.

For a Hilton I was disappointed. Stains on the carpet and furniture. Bath towels showed signs of wearing with holes and black stain marks. Room smelled like it was an old hotel. Window won’t close all the way so we heard the traffic all night long. Bed not comfortable at all. It was hard to get the room warmed up. The breakfast had good options.

There was noise throughout the evening from the hall and connected room, also the stairs I could hear people quite loudly on both there is no noise barriers not a door sweep or anything to muffle the noise.

Freezing but comfortable

When we arrived in our room it was 56 degrees in the room. It was freezing. It took several hours to warm to a comfortable temperature. We chose not to call the front desk and just let the heater warm it up. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable. The room was pretty clean, but the bathroom needed to be swept better. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of choices.

Nice hotel, although thevfront desk gave our room away to someone they claim had the exact same name. Chances of this are close to zero given my family name. Hotel was able to provide another room but it was clear someone got a free stay due to dront desk not doing their job

Nice stay

Our stay was short but fine. My only objections were discovering hair in my bed and the sheets were pilling so not as comfortable and maybe needed to be replaced. Otherwise, clean and well designed to meet our needs.
