This was a 5 star for me. Hotel was clean and tidy. Excellent staff and they actually had a great breakfast, something you dont see anymore. Hot breakfast options including a made to order Omelett. Perfect stay for a decent price.

I had read the great reviews, and selected this hotel instead of pricier hotels in Pullman. Was not at all disappointed. I'm in my 60s and have stayed all over the U.S., as well as Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This hotel has the cleanest rooms I've ever encountered. The entire property was extremely clean. Great staff as well. Highly recommend.

A Great Return Destination

This place improves every stay. Superb attention to detail and exceptional in cleanliness. The staff efforts are always noticeable, from checking in and throughout the stay. Great breakfast and the omelettes made to order were a nice bonus.

Our stay was wonderful, we got there late parking was minimal. The room was wonderful, we had the air blowing all night long to keep us cool, the bed was comfortable, it was great they had a refrigerator inside.

Enjoyed our stay

The room was clean, the bed was comfy too. We weren’t there for very long, just came in to move my daughter back home. ❤️ My only complaint was the the biscuits were SO dry.
