I enjoyed my vacation at Dreams Onyx. The family oriented culture is enriched throughout the whole resort. All the staff members were kind and were willing to help GENUINELY, especially Jorge. Jorge welcomed me with open arms to the resort and made sure I was safe and was having a good time. That meant a lot to me as a solo traveler! My stay here was the epitome of what a 5 star hotel experience is supposed to resemble. I enjoyed my stay here and would suggest it my fellow Americans! Thank you for making my vacation one to remember!

Very attentive service. I had a connected room but there is a divider that blocks noise which is the greatest idea in hotel rooms. Facilities are top notch. Not every restaurant is open every day, but the best thing is that they do not require reservations.
