One of the worst vacations. The place was ridiculously anti sanitary ! We got stomach flu. Other reviewers mentioned same issues including ambulance calls etc. in 10 days I never saw them once testing the water in the pools like they do in Mexico. But what I did see is dirty plates in the buffet (mostly on the bottom. But one plates bottom is another plate top!). I saw chef cook in black apron putting out donuts LICKING HIS FINGERS and continuing arranging donuts. Im sure he scratched his other parts before that. The pool by the water park had so much dirt on the floor it hard to stand there, you are like on ice ring. Once a caught random stuff walking into my room. Im glad I caught them ! Twice other visitors opened my door with their keys! When I complained , front desk stuff hardly apologized but changed my keys ( but what good is it if other keys were still out there). Talking of front desk - not very friendly and not too helpful. there is only one lady there (she looks like islanders and is a little on the bigger side) and she always had a smile and was always willing to help and go extra mile (thank you). The only tome you hear “hello” or “good morning” is in the buffet. In comparison in Mexico any stuff member from manager to the last genitor will always say “ola” when they see you. Here -they just walk by. Air conditioner works but does not dehumidify the room, so you are still bathing in your sweat and all your thing are damp. Conclusion- Horrible management !

My family and I had an amazing experience at The Grand Sirenis Punta Cana! The resort was absolutely beautiful, and the pool area quickly became my favorite spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and every meal felt like a treat. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — always friendly, attentive, and smiling. The nightly shows and karaoke were so much fun and gave the resort such a lively atmosphere. We truly had the best time and can’t wait to come back again soon!

The most horrible vacation that I have had. Found worms in food, told the manager totally ignored. Terrible. One of the workers also asked to sell drugs to us. Felt very unsafe with my little kids with us.

The pool closes by 6:00 PM which is not good at all. There is nothing around the resorts, no access to the city nor any other place, so the pool is one of the places that should be accessible and open until 10:00 PM like may other resorts and hotels

Maria in the reception area was very helpful to me and my family. I would say that the feedback I had was that communication could be better within the staff (we had two incidents where there was miscommunication) I liked the children’s pool area. When you entered the Buffet area there was a weird smell. I also noticed a smell in the pool as well. I loved the beach area. The drinks were really good especially the coffee. The “Dominican show” was amazing, the dancers did such a great job! I give the buffet a 7.5 out of 10.

Good things The staff is really good, the hotel overall is beautiful and very kids friendly. Not so good, 1st time i go to a hotel and half of the offering service are closed due to “low season” we alway travel in October to resort in DR and had never been told they don’t have that service. Overall maintenance of the hotel could be better, the rooms could be better. Pillows were hard! Bed were somewhat uncomfortable, bathroom were moldy and got flooded. I saw some remodeling going off so hopefully they will fix the little issue that will make the hotel even more AMAZING

Hotel with good staff but equipped with slightly above average rooms and facilities -- the rooms are a little small for a family of four, but good enough if you don't intend to spend much time in there. You can skip the thematic restaurants and stick only to the main buffet, which has always a good variety of hot and cold foods. Also, if you don't want to waste a morning going around the property on a sales pitch tour for their "Ultimate Leisure Club" membership, just say "no" if the Concierge staff offers you the "Premium Breakfast" (spoiler alert: it's also worse than the main one, anyway).
