Checkin and check out was great, Andre checked us in and did great. We went the a VIP breakfast that they invited us to which turned out to be a sales pitch, which we were not interested in. When we repeatedly told the sales person we weren’t interested and didn’t have a the budget for a timeshare we were asked to leave before we even got to eat the breakfast we were invited. This sales presentation experience would prevent me from staying here again.

The staff was so nice here. The entertainment group was amazing. Always lots of fun things to do and the activities staff were fun and interactive. Mario at the baggage area was a lot of help and so friendly. A X-ray working the desk for Expedia was wonderful! Thanks for some great memories!!

We had a great experience in this hotel. Staff were great. Hotel is tailored for kids. Main show is a bit late at night. 9:30 p.m. it would be best an hour later. Concierge service is ok, but they attempt real hard to convince you of their time share program. Food is good and restaurant service was great. Karla in buffet was amazing. Andry Woodley are awesome in customer service. Games are not accesible after entertainment staff is gone (pool and ping pong items). In my experience in Punta Cana (9x) this has been okay. Thank you. The property was nice but what made the vacation for us were the staff. They were always friendly and smiling and so helpful from check in to bartenders straight to check out the people were wonderful.
