This property is like stepping into a time capsule....this comes with good & not so good things. Greeted at the reception by the most kind, helpful gentleman and gus adorable dog. The gift shop/ convience store is really wonderful and well stocked. Very unique gifts. The property itself is beautiful, charming and very walkable. The Salmon House restaurant on site was delicious food. We had a room in the 2 story main lodge which is the oldest area and it shows. While it was clean, it could certainly use some updating. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. The carpet desperately needs to be removed. The accommodations are basic but the setting is exquisite.

Lovely view of the lake and convenient to the Quinault Rain forest trails. Staff was vey accommodating. Room was fine, but could use a small frig and microwave as the store did not open until 9 am where micro and coffee were available. Building is well maintained for its age. Salmon House restaurant was very good with pleasant servers and stayed open conveniently until 9 pm.

These cabins are adorable. The beds are comfy, they have a fireplace, and our front porch was perfect for watching the sunset.

The restaurant there was great! They were super busy Thursday night but worked hard to make everyone happy! Great food & drink. I loved the trails behind the hotel and further down the street too. Room was clean with a great view of the lake. The staff at check in and each visit at the general store were friendly and accommodating. I will stay there again, maybe next time in one of the private cabins there or upstairs. Also loved the outdoor seating availability outside each room. Thank you!

Motel overlooks the Quinault Lake--views can't be beat! Rooms are old but clean. Great hiking trails from the motel in the rainforest and near the old and big Sitka tree. Friendly staff. Little general store.

Convenient location and excellent view of the lake Quinalt. The hotel should take care of the cleanliness better especially the lights outside have spiders/webs. The shower/restroom needs an upgrade. The old style heater needs to be replaced in all rooms with new air conditioning units which can do both heating and cooling. Overall good for the price.

The town is so peaceful and pretty and the view is amazing. Enjoy seeing the Quinault lake through the room window. Bad part is the room is full of detergent smells and the coffee maker in the room didn't work well.

Sea food restaurant across the street serves the best salmon ever. The pond in front of rooms is beautiful, enjoyed watching sunset and sunrise from room balcony. The grounds are beautiful and there is a waterfall right up the road. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again. The room itself is outdated needs updating.

Furniture was old and outdated, carpet looked like it was from the 70's. TV only received 3 channels and the wifi was spotty. The lake and the area around the room was beautiful. I don't think I would stay here again, Quinault is beautiful but the rooms need to be updated.

Cute Cabin, Beautiful Location

Our cabin at Rain Forest Resort Village was the perfect spot for our overnight stay, on our weeklong exploration of Olympic National Park. Wish we had planned to stay several nights as it looked like a fun, family-friendly place for a longer vacation.

I would give a better rating if they didn't overcharge me. At check-in I told them there were only 2 of us but they charged an extra $20 for an extra adult?! Maybe the lady didn't understand me. I didn't ask for a printed receipt and didn't realize the extra charge until later which was my mistake but adding $20 felt like she was trying to get more money out of me. Pretty disappointing. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was nice and views were wonderful. It was relatively quiet and we had a good nights sleep

I'd go back!

Quaint motel right on lake quinault. Room was fine, view of the lake, nice people. Great location, affordable. Fabulous restaurant for dinner each night. Nothing else around but the expensive lodge. The seafood was perfect!! Service was great.

Nice cabins on Lake Quinault

Excellent location on lake quinault. Lots of good hiking trails nearby. Cabins were just fine with easy check in and out.
