The hotel is very conveniently located, but the lack of an elevator is a minus. Perhaps they have had problems with parties there, but the posted warnings of $250 fines for getting pizza stains on things and for having cats on the property seem excessive. On the other hand, we did see a couple of stains on the carpet and a piece of furniture that may have come from pizza.

Room is clean but you have to pay extra for additional power plug if you want I use it. Front desk staff are not accommodating and never smile to greet guests. Door keys to enter the building didn’t work at first so we have to go back to the front desk so they can fix the key.

The good: Great location close to stores and restaurants and right off the interstate. Nice pool. Good price for tourist area. Decent continental breakfast. Staff was friendly. Area and property felt safe. The negatives: Room carpet was dirty plus carpet in the bathroom is a big NO especially in a hotel. No blankets on the bed except the bedspread which doesn’t appear to be washed after each guest. Pillows were small and hard as rocks. We just needed it for one night traveling through the area, and prices of hotels on the weekend in this area were ridiculous. So the Foothills Inn was adequate for our needs.

It's a clean place, air conditioners are set to 72, not good when it's 87 Outside. Hot in rooms! One room had good water pressure in shower, room they moved us to didn't have any. When I bring something up to manager, she gets real sarcastic, not just with me! Other customers. Room not cleaned every day. Never seen a staff so rude.

Convenient location; friendly staff; priced right; quiet. This hotel needs updated. It is older and it shows. The breakfast area was right in front of the front desk and quite cramped and crowded in the morning. The breakfast was continental and sufficient if that is all you needed.
