The staff were amazing and they were able to get us into our room early. We had a disastrous experience at a different property and my kids were upset. The rooms were clean, had all the towels and toiletries with extra as well. Pool is an outdoor pool and it’s March so we don’t use it of course. The safety measures they have with the doors locking at night and having to use front door is a plus!
