Intruder opened door unannounced and said she had been assigned our room by the front desk, then quickly withdrew. Next morning, after breakfast, we could not re-enter our room because keys didn’t work. Wasted 15 minutes getting that fixed. Then bathtub drain would not stay open, so had to hold it open manually for 5 minutes. No butter at breakfast.

It was nice to have a suite to spread out in. The kitchen supplies were pretty minimal, but sufficed for our needs.

The room was clean upon arrival but they do not provide any daily services unless you request it. Towels were requested but not replaced correctly. It had a kitchen as advertised but unless you brought your own supplies it wasn't usable. Didn't use the pool. Staff responded but not necessarily friends

Stayed here for the Sturgis rally for a reasonable price. Great stay, large rooms, friendly staff. Adequate breakfast to get us started. Would come back for sure.

Stayed here for a few nights, hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Little older hotel but it was nice. Breakfast was good and was able to cook food as well. Good size and having a pull out sofa was very nice. Negative feedback is queen bed, wish it was king size bed. Fridge had left over food from previous stay and microwave was dirty and rusted. Complimentary Breakfast was good.
