Disgusting!

Had asked for a ground level floor unless they had an elevator..was assigned 2nd floor. Attendant changed room to first floor but when we opened the door there was a backpack and a beer can already there. 3rd room we were assigned, the bath tub did not drain..8" of water in it most of the time. Breakfast was probably one of the worst offered! Property was definitely not like the pictures and not worth what they charged!

Overnight Stay in Rawlins

This is an older hotel that has been updated. The furnishings seemed newer and were nice. Would rather have a larger, more comfortable chair for sitting than the small table. TV difficult to operate with two remotes.

Staff was very rude and unwelcoming on check in. 2 lamps in room didnt work. Door handle inside room dirty. Only 2 cups and no ice bucket on room. Breakfast better than expected.

Flood at the entrance.

That day was raining an horrible stuck water right at the entrance on top of that a rude employee. My shoes get all wet inside and the employee sitting like nothing has happened. The rooms are nice and good for one night stay.

The hotel was clean and looked recently remodeled, so the stay was good. However, the pre-check-in was terrible. It would not accept a photo from either my phone or taking a picture and so it rejected all the data I inputted on the screen before that. So I had to redo all that at the desk despite my efforts. Even this form had glitches because when I enter four stars, it doesn't backfill the previous three. You have to press every star to select up to the one you want. I suggest spending a little more money on your web designers.

arrived to check in and clerk put up sign that he was busy and to come back later. He had a plate of food in his hand and walked away from desk and did not help me. Ate supper and came back to check in. when I got my room it was two doubles and not king that I had selected. Hotel in poor repair and no breakfast.

This hotel was horrible. I waited at the front desk for at least 30 minutes before someone came to check me in. The girl that checked me and looked like she was in her pajamas. The room smelt like bleach. Couldn’t sleep because of the smell. I will never stay at another Days Inn again.
