We LOVED almost everything about this property. The free parking and convenient location next to Santander Center, impressive breakfast buffet (with a chef, homemade blended juices, and everything you could desire and more, plus kids were free!), fully stocked clean gym, and large heated pool. But the exception- The walls in the room were paper thin, and we could hear everything in the halls and surrounding rooms (conversations), as well as an exhaust fan of some sort outside. The sound of the fan/rooftop unit kicked off and on all night, and my husband and I didn't sleep at all. With earplugs or a room in another location, this would have been a fabulous stay. We would stay here again and ask to stay in another part of the hotel.

Had a great experience staying here, staff was very kind and welcoming free parking was a huge plus. The stantantader arena is across the street which was so convenient especially if your going to a concert. 10/10 I recommend

A great spot in Downtown Reading

The hotel is such a gem in downtown Reading. Great food options on site, well-appointed, comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness and a nice gym/pool. The staff are all absolutely top-notch. We will definitely stay here again!

I chose this hotel because of its distance to Santander Performing Arts Center, I stayed only one night, and it exceeded my expectations, the room was super clean and cozy, I was able to relax and to prepare for my event. The staff at the front desk were really nice and kind. I will definitely book this hotel again if I go to another event in Reading.
