When we arrived, the staff at the front was very nice. When we got to the room, it had a terrible smell like mold. They gave us another room. That next room was really dirty. Mud on the floor and spiders in the bath tub.

Bathrooms were filthy hair everywhere and when asked if they could be cleaned no one ever came by to do so. There were kids playing basketball at 5am. Don’t waste your money at this property. There were mouse traps in the kitchen cabinets.

Dishonest people and poor ac

I stayed in 2017 and 2021 and liked it. Now it has been brought by foreign management and ac is unable to be adjusted below 67 degrees. They have it locked over wifi. Also it has a motion detector so if you leave the room it will be hot upon return. When i complain they lie and say "it was working just give it time"

The room was very spacious and pretty nice. Negative on the room was it could of been swept and cleaned better. The staff was kind of rude and dismissive. we had 4 guests and the second night no one came and replaced our towels so we asked for 4 new ones because we only had 4 and showered daily. The lady at the desk was rude and asked well when did you check in. Overall the area was nice and maintained and would prob stay again because we loved how much room their was, just wish the staff was a little nicer and the room was a little more cleaned at arrival.

We reported a water leak from above at 7:30 AM. No one came to help clean up the water which was over net deep in the bathroom room area, running edge. I asked for another room, they had none. Available at 830I again text and no maintenance came in that hour's time. I would never recommend this hotel and management staff was very poor

The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. However the renovations aren’t the greatest. It was clean but the hotel just seems like is about to fall apart. The shower barely drained and the sliding door was incredibly hard to push open. I wouldn’t even dare stand on the balcony in fear of it falling off. The breakfast was subpar.

This property does not look like the photos on the internet. This place was disastrous, old furniture in the parking lot, broken glass everywhere etc. This place needs some true renovations and TLC. There was a level of not feeling safe. I traveled alone and it was too much for me to handle. I would never bring my wife and kids here. We switched to Latitudes which ended up being 5 mins away and amazing.

early check in was a waste since we had to do everything there anyway. The first room wrecked of cigarette smoke so they quickly gave us a new, upgraded room. They offered us no additional sheets or blankets for the pullout sofa and they knew we had 5 people on the reservation. They told us we only had the pillow (which had no pillow case), flat sheet, and fleece blanket. They refused to give us a fitted sheet and a pillow case, the pillow case is wild to me because that’s honestly gross to not have it covered or even provide one upon request. The room was dirty anyway and had hair on the floor. The front desk person was not friendly, although it was clear she was being over worked (since she was there at 5pm and still there at 8am). No ice or water available, unless it’s morning. We also were told no to pool towels and we had to wait until the pool opened to have them. When they did our towels they took all of them and left us only 3 body towels and did not replace any of the face or hand towels. The bathroom was very small and did not lock. The water pressure was good.

Charged us $100 for the bed not being made. In addition will not return our $200 deposit. When we about the $100 cleaning charge that they never told us about they said we “you made a mess and you have to accept it” The bed wasn’t made and there were paper towels on the counter because there was no garbage can anywhere. In addition it is a party hotel that expects people to come and destroy the place and they threw my husband and I into that category. We were there overnight because a pipe broke in our house, so we went at 11pm for one overnight. There was a loud party with police on scene. Pay the extra money for a more reputable hotel.
