Upon entering we found the fireplace was well stocked with wood and very pretty. Tame deer everywhere. The tvs on each room had Dish TV and worked well. The kitchen looked very outdated and the sink fixtures were not securely attached to the sink. Living room cloth curtain did not cover the window by about 5 inches on each side. No privacy or security. Both bathroom hot and cold knobs were broken and reversed. The bottom floor shower was extremely small - Could not fit a full size average adult. Five window blinds strips were missing but found broken on the window seal. The master also the back door blinds that were bent and broken. Second bedroom also had broken and missing blinds. Limited privacy in both bedrooms. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable however the comforter did not smell clean. The master bedroom door was broken and unable to close, with a hard push we could jam it stuck and then a hard jerk to open it. The door did not fit the frame. Found dried up contact lenses on the nightstand. Not much effort in ensuring the property was clean was made. Very disappointed in the accommodations and the price we paid for our family vacation. This was the first time in Red River, NM. We were disappointed in the way the concerns were not handled when I called or discussed once notified to M Properties. They told me to send photos and never followed up. We will never stay in an M Property in the future. This is not the caliber of a VRBO property.
