Lights beside the bed didn't work , no hot water , no ice , soda machine didn't work and semi warm breakfast . I don't usually leave negative reviews but had to on this one . Booked this hotel because of the good reviews but unfortunately can't leave a positive review . Not sure I would book here again but the hotel was in a good location and had it not been for all the negative issues , would have gladly left a positive review

Our stay here was much needed thanks to winter storms halting our travels. It was very affordable, quick and easy from the interstate, friendly staff, and probably the best continental breakfast spread I’ve seen in YEARS. The coffee was fresh and quality, hot food items, and an assortment of cereal that wasn’t the typical boring kinds. The room was good for me and my family and there was an Applebees across the parking lot that made late night dinner super easy.

The first room they set us up in had dried food on the nightstand and a smell of food mixed with body odor. We went to the front desk and asked for some clorox wipes to clean the furniture and they immediately appologized and moved us to a different room. That room was much more pleasant. There were several light bulbs that were burnt out however. we did not mention that to the front desk. the staff was great! I asked for a couple of blankets and they brought 3. That was very nice of them. Also, we had planned to play in the pool with family but both the pool and hottub were closed. That was such a disappointment to many of our family members. I loved the hot complimentary breakfast. I will probably hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The room I reserved & paid indicated it slept 3 people with a king size bed and a couch (there was images of the supposed room I was paying for ... but that was a lie!). The room we got had a chair and did not sleep 3, so we had to make reservations for my son to sleep elsewhere (which is one of the main reasons we reserved at Wyndham in the first place ... paying more for the room than a competitor). The outlet didn't work to charge my phone and the bathroom toliet was not clean (urine on the seat) from a prior tenant. GROSS! There were signs up to indicate "out of order" on the vending, laundry, and ice machines, the elevator hesitated when going up and down 3 floors - it seemed like they didn't take care of keeping up with the maintenance in general. The pool was under construction ... which should be posted when people make reservations, so they know ahead of time - instead of paying for a room & find out they can not swim because the pool is under construction! The room pricing should reflect the inconvienience of not being able to enjoy that amenity, but it didn't! I really was looking forward to relaxing and enjoying my stay, so I could refresh & visit family for Thanksgiving - but it was stressful to have to make other arrangements for my son to be able to get a good night's rest - not impressed with this hotel.

Pool and hot tub were broken the five days we stayed there, we didn’t always get hot showers in the morning, the dead bolt wouldn’t work on my door, and the vending machines were either empty or broken. The cleaners don’t wait long for you to answer the door and will walk in. It’s clean and the breakfast is good.

I am grateful for a clean comfortable room and gracious service. I didn't give 5 stars this time simply because I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub, but unfortunately it was out of service. I was disappointed, but it's no big deal. I'm sure it will be working next time.

The room itself was spacious and clean. The front desk and breakfast was great. Issues were paper thin walls, I could hear literally everything in the hallway and the room next door. The hot tub was temperature cool at best. Additionally, there were so many chemicals in the hot tub that my black swim suit bottoms were tan afterwards. It literally ate the dye out of my swimsuit.

II looked staying here. But would suggest better upkeep. There was a strong moldy smell in the elevator and trim falling off in the hallway. I went home with respiratory irritation. They were very helpful in extending my stay. I appreciated that.
