The staff was very friendly and check in went smoothly . The room had a horrible musty wet odor. It was hard to stay in that room. Paint was peeling off of the door jambs. The ceiling was rusty. I went to use the ice bag and it was already wet inside. Gross.

Beds and rooms were clean. Pool was ice cold. We stayed here once 3 years ago and pool heater was broken then. Would have expected it be taken care of by now.. Pool area not well taken care of.

According to front desk it’s a known issue that TV’s don’t work in several rooms and no plan to replace. They are too busy.

This is a small older hotel that is close to food and shopping. It has been updated though. The rooms are on the small side with a split bathroom. The toilet and tub are together with the sink on the outside. We did have a few issues with the key’s deactivating but that was a small inconvenience. We didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the pool but at one point saw people enjoying it. The employees that we had contact with were polite and helpful. The shining light of our entire stay was the water pressure. It was phenomenal. We loved the beds (on the hard side) but the pillows took a minute to get used to but that is a very personal comfort. We would stay here again

It was a little dirty, beds are rock hard, kids running down the hallways screaming at 6 in the morning but good breakfast though. A win is a win.

The lobby was clean and comfortable, with a fire going and a small breakfast area. Checkin was efficient, particularly if you complete the digital form in advance (which was texted to me). Overall, the hotel was a bit run down and in need of repair. The ice machine on my floor did not work and my room had a strange unpleasant smell. I had great difficulty sleeping due to the room temp, noises, and odors. This hotel seems to be very popular with tradesmen from the area. Personally, I would try another hotel next time I'm in the area.

Comfy bed, better cable package than most. We could watch both NFL and the World Series. Many delicious options for breakfast. Appreciated the hot tub after a day riding the trails.
