I really enjoyed myself over my 3 day stay at the Quality Inn. There were only 2 things I didn't like was the heat was NOT working at all the first night we were there & the 2nd thing is the coffee was horrible at breakfast, it was like drinking hot flavored water......maybe try a different brand of coffee I don't know want to say it was just really, really bad coffee other than that I had wonderful time thank you for having us. I would stay there again next year they did come down right away & fixed the heat for us

After a 5 hour drive we arrived less than 30 mins before the 3pm check in and were told rooms were not ready check back in 30 min. After the wait we were told multiple checkouts occurred and only 4 cleaning staff. So over an hour after the 3pm checkin we were able to get our room. I had called when I made reservations as we had a dog and Expedia would not account for it. I checked the rates with the location and was told there was a $25 dog charge for our stay. Come to find out that’s per night. Then the paper they handed me said it’s only $20. After that confusion the employee at checkin said that I better read “this” and tapped a sign below the desk that said no refunds. I said I’d call and talk to the owner about that. With checking in later than our check in time with the added issue of all the confusion on the dog charge. After I left he talked about me to our friend who checked in behind me and said something to the effect of I should learn to read and I can leave if I don’t like it. Well, got to the room, smelled like smoke. As to the road/parking lot and sidewalk. Needs pressure washed and cigarette butts picked up. Someone spits all over the sidewalk too. The toilet paper dispenser is hanging off the wall in at least three rooms that one the next one we got next and our friend’s. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, hair and stains on the sheets. Got a new room, no problem with my friend. Mouse poop and stained towels and sheets but better room. Gross though. Sad

Stayed one night. Was on the interstate side very noisy. Door was not sealed very good. Needs some sound proofing between rooms also. One roll of tp no extra left in room(3 people in room) . Not all lights worked, surge protectors overloaded For the price I paid for one night, it was good enough. But no way would I pay $160/night I’d go down the road further.

Solid, clean, comfortable hotel for a stop over sleep during a long road trip. The only concern was the deadbolt was what looked like broken off and missing which made for a wary traveler, but I was too tired to change rooms so I just put a chair in front of the door. Otherwise great room, convenient location.

The staff was extremly helpful and informative despite it being a very buesy weekend for them. Upon arrivial they even provided us with themed cookies and other goodies for the 'Mothman Festival." On the flipside though they used this influx of guests as an excuse of why our room was never cleaned durring our stay. We were met with attitude when we asked for replacement clean towels and even found staining on one of our comforters which when addressed was also met with attitude. Was a conviant and comfortable place to stay, just wish it was a little cleaner and better staffed.

The hotel was full the weekend we were there, but it was very quiet. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The one GIANT problem was the lack of staffing. There was only one person at check in, and we had to wait until almost 4:00 to check in because the room wasn’t ready. We never saw anyone manning the breakfast area. At check out, we had to call a phone number to have someone come to the desk to help us get a receipt, They need to hire some people, seriously. I would absolutely stay here again, but I hope they work out this staffing issue.

Maintenace is a must

This establishment needs minor maintenance. The lights in the front of the hotel were flickering. This made it seem unsafe and creepy. The AC unit in our room did not work well, was extremely loud and then found to have poured water into the room while we slept, which ran all the way to the bed. We did appreciate the specialty cookies for the Mothman Festival guests

I made the reservation in March. I went ti check in at 4pm. I was told (as were others) to come back in 15-20 minutes because my room was not read, meaning not clean. I came back in 30 minutes and was told.once again it was not ready. We did not get checked in until a little after 5p. You had to shove hard to open the room door. The bathroom door would not close and neitjer would the shower door. The shampoos were used. The air conditioner sounded like a street sweeper in the room.
