This was a staycation overnight for my 4 yr old.. mainly for pool and hot tub services. We love it.. good for price and all 6 of our family was comfortable in the 1 bedroom suite!

This place is the perfect home away from home! It’s peaceful and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. It’s also easily accessible to everything you may need for your stay. Overall 10/10 experience. Will definitely be coming back!

My family of five stayed here and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel was located within a quick drive of shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly. Our suite was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The shower was spacious and had ample hot water and water pressure. The pool area was fun- my kids enjoyed the lights! If it had been warmer we would have gone outside to enjoy the firepit and lounge area. We had an early start the next morning and were grateful for the complimentary breakfast at 6:30am. My only suggestion would be to add bananas to the breakfast bar. My toddler loves them, and there were some pilots checking in and grabbing breakfast who were requesting bananas, as well. Overall a nice experience. Should we return to Riverhead, we would stay here again!

I felt the room fan was filthy. Clogged dust in vent facing bed. Woke up with sinus problems breathing in all the dust. I asked them to change filter they said they would. They never came to fix it.

We stayed there for two days and three nights. The room we were given on the first day had a broken heater and we were switched to another room, which also had a broken heater. The service was not as good as I expected.
