Made to order omelets!!

The hotel is being renovated, our room was very nice, the tile is going to be beautiful, but the place is a mess right now. They managed to give us a great breakfast (made to order omelets) in spite of the construction disruption.

Place is under renovation and about a month from completion. Will be great then. They should have disclosed this in advance but they didn’t. First room given to us was not cleaned thoroughly and second room also had issues but we kept it. Neighbors partying but quieted down at curfew.

Clarion in Rock Springs is a gem!

Although there are ongoing renovations of the property entrance and lobby, the room was updated, comfortable and very well appointed. Staff were very helpful and the hot breakfast also included made-to-order omelettes.

Good- the staff were helpful, the breakfast was tasty, the room was roomy enough. Bad- too much noise from renovation project, we never knew when our room would be serviced so we were always asking for toilet paper and taking out our own trash, and things were in disrepair (our microwave and the ice machine).

Good hotel and stay

Everything was really good they were under renovation but the service was good, they were friendly, check in was easy and efficient, bed was comfortable, shower was small but the room was good. My husband said the breakfast was good for hotel breakfast. It was way busy and there was no where to sit to eat breakfast so he ate it in the room but it was good.

They are doing a renovation, however it was clean, and the renovation upgrades are great so far. New pool area looks amazing. However the pool was chilly. Too cold.

This hotel is still under construction. There are many things that appear in need of repair. But the pool is open and the staff carry on as best they can. I paid for an accessible type room but when we went inside it, there were construction workers gathered right outside the window all day. So I asked for another room and was given one without any hassle. The breakfast offered is tasty and plentiful; maintained well by the staff. The noise from the ongoing construction is a bit distracting but I was told yesterday that they stop by 8pm, so at least the nights are quiet. My stay here is about a week long and so far, I’d likely return here. But I hope the renovations are completed soon.
