Had to request different room the pull out bed was covered in blood stains. The new room appeared cleaner (still dirty) requested extra sheets to cover the couch because it wasn’t something I wanted to sit on.

Tv guide listed local stations yet you could not get them. We called down to the desk. They said no we don't have them on our plans so I'm like why do you offer a TV guide in the room showing the local prime Time stations if you can't get them very unhappy about that.

Nice place. Thank you for not adding an extra charge for our dog and your desk staff were very kind. We no longer visit the Cleveland airport la Quinta because of their $75 charge for a single dog.
