Every single day we were there, our key cards demagnetized by and we had to have them redone to even get into the building and our room. Then we were moved to a new room, under the bathtub mat in the shower, was FULL of mold and the toilet kept clogging to a point of needing a plunger. The hallways consistently smelled of weed as well. On our check out day- NO ONE was at the desk to check us out almost making us late to catch the plane. We called many times to get ahold of the staff, and come to do so it the person that was passed out in the lobby chair was the front desk staff. This experience was awful and realistically we should be reimbursed at a minimum half our whole stay.

Elevator broken, “take the stairs” TV remote didn’t work, “I am not maintenance, they’ll fix it tomorrow “ Room was ice cold, set at 72, blowing cold air, temperature was 60. It was set at AC and wouldn’t change. “ maintenance can check it in the morning” Tub floor was sinking in the middle. Didn’t ask, sure it’s a maintenance thing for another day
