I have consistently enjoyed my stays at this hotel, from the moment of check-in to the time of departure. I have been a loyal guest for several years whenever visiting family in the area, and the level of service remains exceptional. One of the most notable aspects of each visit is the warm and professional welcome provided by Mrs. Vee at the front desk. Her energy, knowledge, and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly exemplary. Comfortable rooms

The front desk staff is very good and helpful. That being said housekeeping needs to be better. We had 4 women staying in our room, we asked the front desk before leaving for the day if they could make sure to have housekeeping leave us fresh towels and toilet paper (there was only 1/2 roll in room when we checked in) We were told that if the do not disturb sign was not on the door they would go in and clean the room. We were gone from 10am until 9pm that day. When we returned, we found that the room was as we left it, 4 dirty towels and no toilet paper. Our phone in the room did not work and our hair dryer did not work. We were able to get towels and toilet paper from the front desk that evening, and they were very sorry, said they would let management know. I realize that sometimes things get overlooked, but with so many things not working in the room and also with housekeeping not even checking the room as they are supposed to, I think that needs to be addressed. Everything else was good, including the small gym and continental breakfast.
