Harborline exceeded expectations

Had an appointment in Rockland for business and was just looking for a place to crash, my expectations were exceeded. Harborline Hotel was convenient, clean,modern and inexpensive. I would definitely stay there again

Everything was lovely. Would have been MUCH better if i didnt have to take a cold shower this morning at 6am due to not having hot water. And the Marijuana use on the balcony beside me after midnight preventing me from being able to keep my window adjar to hear the loons, or get a good nights sleep was less than desirable.

The room was super clean. The bathroom was newly remodeled. The front staff was very friendly and helpful! This was a great stay for a hotel in our budget. The view of the water (yes, across the parking lot) was fantastic. Got to watch the ferry come in! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Love this place! We will be staying again soon. One of my favorite things about this place is that they accommodated our puppy; they had a nice bed, bowls, and some fresh doggy treats for him.
