My sister said the elevator stoped with someone in it It was crazy. And our refrigerator was wasn’t cleaned when we got here. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and the breakfast was really good.

Pros: Clean room & facility overall. Firm mattress = good sleep. Good breakfast, lots of options. Great PEOPLE (aka, staff) from the front desk to housekeeping and the kitchen. Bottled water is provided so guests don't have to drink the bad-tasting local water. Cons: 4th floor had a bit of an odor, but fortunately not the room. Tired, rather dated wallpaper, carpet etc. Got a photo of a patched section.

The bed was comfortable, though not exceptional (King size), and I appreciated the user-friendly air conditioning. The room's layout was appealing, and we discovered a hidden compartment with an iron and ironing board behind the mirror, which was a nice surprise since no one informed us about it. However, I was disappointed that during a fully booked weekend, there was only one elevator in operation. Given that one of our party members had attempted to change her room months in advance due to the anticipated busy weekend, it seemed odd that they weren't better prepared with more elevators. On a positive note, breakfast was enjoyable, and I liked that tea and coffee were available throughout the day. Would I return? Probably not, as my visit was solely for my best friend's and cousin's graduation from the same university, and my family in North Carolina is not located in that area. Would I recommend this hotel? For a short weekend stay, yes, but anything longer than two nights might be a stretch. While there are dining options nearby, having a car is essential for getting around.

Stuff was very helpful and friendly. I lost a personal item they mail it to me. I was very impressed Very nice people The hotel is clean, has a great location off I 95, and is a quiet place close to the hospital. I will consider it again if I make the trip down to South
