Lovely 4 bedroom 3 bath remodeled home in Rocky Mount on the 5 mile marker of the main channel of beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. With plenty of parking in the long driveway, step right up to the front door to enter into the open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Rooms.
Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all the kitchen items of home for your own home cooked meal. Dining room accommodates 6 at the table with additional seating downstairs.
Living room features a sectional, recliner, lake front view, TV with sound bar and wireless internet throughout.
Upstairs bedrooms feature a lake front master with a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV and private bathroom. Guest bedroom 2 features a Queen bed and ceiling fan with bathroom located in the hallway.
Downstairs features a bar with mini refrigerator, sink, 4 bar stools and a 4 top table. Family room includes that great lake view, leather furniture, smaller bar, TV and deck access. There are 2 other bedrooms on this level which include a Queen room with ceiling fan and deck access and the other with a Twin over Full bunk bed. Guest bathroom is located in the hall along with the utility room with full sized washer and dryer.
