Strip any used beds
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip beds to waterproof liners. Leave decorative & pillow protectors on. Hang dry damp linens on balcony or shower. Return only DRY USED linens to white plastic bag inside linen bin in master bedroom
Wash all dishes and return to proper location. Empty fridge and cabinets of used food and take all (bath and kitchen) trash bags and dispose in dumpster at bldg entrance
Please wash dry and return any kitchen, beach or extra bath linens to appropriate bath vanity or kitchen cabinet. Enjoy your trip home and visit us again!

Please do not smoke inside and note quite time begins at 10PM. Please be courteous of your family-friendly neighbors and caring of the environment.
ONLY USE ROBES AND BEACH TOWELS IF YOU AGREE TO WASH/DRY/RETURN THE DAY BEFORE DEPARTURE. ONLY WASHING SMALL SAND-FREE LOADS IN THE SMALL WASH/DRYER.
BEFORE CHECKOUT: Strip bed linens and return used dry linens to plastic bag inside of linen bin in master bedroom before departure. Happy Travels!
