They charged $22 a night just to park. But the reason i booked it was it said it had parking so i assumed it was going to cost me on top of what i paid for the room. Then i went to go have a drink at the bar and order some food but the bartender talked to this lady who was the only other person there for 40 minutes before asking me if i wanted a drink. I ended up ordering room service. Because he was so disengaged.

Front desk staff was very friendly polite, I got balcony room and light was broken, I called right away and they never showed to fix it. Also all supplies like shampoo, body wash etc. was empty when we got the room, and when I called they just brought soap bar and didn’t fill them up until next day. So the room wasn’t ready for guest, also there been a lots of dust under one of the beds

Super nice hotel the only downside was you can hear the footsteps upstairs and we had a room that shared a balcony with people next to us.

Needs renovation. Pool was dirty, too many people drinking in the spa. Room has torn rug in the closet. Stayed two nights had to ask for more towels. There are no perks for customers, no continental breakfast, pay for parking daily, pet friendly , dog barking in the early morning, outside property smelled like dog poop. 4 star not really. For the location and price expected more. Resort fees charged daily should be used to renovate.
