Ran into issues with the first 2 rooms we stayed in. Shower heater didn’t work right in the first one and the tv screen was broken in the second. Staff were great though and empathetic. I just think Oxford hotel is better for a similar price. Hotel felt dingey.

Blinds wouldn’t not close so anyone in the parking lot could look right into the room, let the desk no but was not offered a solution so we used a blanket as a curtain, after the second day it still wasn’t fixed so I fixed it myself, blood on the bathroom floor, something splattered in the ceiling above the tv and the shower head was molded

room 322. Our third stay here, this time for four nights. Given a key to a different room upon check in. Never had more than 1 key that worked. Our room had 3 leaks in the ceiling by the window onto the air conditioner. Had to soak up with a bath towel. Bedspread was dirty, frig emitted a high noise (had to unplug), 1 light by bed was missing bulb. Bath tub was not installed correctly and makes noise when taking a shower and walking on it. Breakfast was not good. Pastries awful, no butter for waffles or toast, most items not refilled after 8:30 am. Potatoes were horrible, an actual roll of toilet paper for napkins! No hot water available. Seating area not big enough. Parking is $7 a night but not gated, not secure or monitored. Why? Not a cheap hotel but definitely poorly maintained. After another person complained, heard the maintenance manager getting upset with front desk guy for refunding her a night. Made it sound like her issues were not valid (older single lady on Christmas morning … room 409 I think)

It was reasonably priced and very close to the casino. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I thought the breakfast had a good variety of food choices.
