Highly disappointing

When we arrived, we found out that the listing that we reserved was not even a room that was offered at this hotel. We were expecting a room that slept 8 and got a room that slept 4. I went to change the room to what we expected and they gave us a room that barely slept 6. They were listed as queen beds but were clearly full size beds. When we pulled out the couch bed, the sheets had not been changed with disgusting crumbs, hair, and stains. Upon further inspection, the corners of the room were mucky and the faucets in the bathrooms were coated with scum. As a person who grew up staying in Wyndham’s across the country, I’ve come to expect a certain level of excellency when staying at this brand. This experience was by far the worst I’ve ever had, not just at a Wyndham, but at a hotel. I’m also completely sick of properties not checking to make sure their listings line up with what hotels.com says they have and they want to pass the blame onto them. However, I believe it is the responsibility of each hotels to make sure it is right.

perfect for our needs.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. My husband and I stopped after a 14 hour drive. We only needed a place to sleep and shower. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom tub was a little dirty, and the shower and bathroom sink drained slow, but I could look past that as we were just driving through. If I would have been staying longer it probaly would have bothered me. We did not do the continental breakfast, so I am not sure how that was. If ever driving through the area again and needed a place to stay, I would stay again.

There was nothing unique about the properly, it was nasty and dirty and smell bad, the free breakfast was limited. Just because is limited it dont have to be nasty, dirty toilets, no toilet paper, dirty kitchen

I chose this hotel based off of photos and reviews. Its in need of repairs and a good cleaning. The floor was very sticky, the shower faucet moved like someone had stood on it, burn marks in a couple places. I had to move thw nightstand to find and untangle the alarm clock amd lamp cords so i could plug them in to use them. The bathroom mirror had a weird film all over it. The remote looked like it had been spilled on and never cleaned. The hallway on the floor i was on was dirty. The breakfast had condiments for food they didnt have. When we inquired about it, they said we're out. We've been out. Dont know when it will get restocked. I really expected more. I was disappointed.

The kitchen in the room was not well equipped. There was no dish soap or dish clothe which might explain why the dishes, ice trays and flatware were dirty. The carpets throughout need to be cleaned. The front desk staff were very helpful, kind and corteous. The breakfast was good and the area was clean. Checkout was easy and uneventful.

The property was nice. Had a little trouble with my room. First room was dirty when I checked in and the front desk lady got me another room right away. The second room had a bad odor but the staff sprayed the room, and it was better. Bed was a little uncomfortable. The staff was excellent. My keys kept disabling and they would reprogram them right away.

Great for the price

My stay was generally comfortable, characterized by cozy bedding and a welcoming atmosphere. However, I encountered an issue with the cooking pots, which were badly rusted and rendered unusable for meal preparations. This drawback made it challenging to fully enjoy the kitchen amenities that were otherwise available.
