The vibe is mellow and informal. Free parking and easy access from freeway. Staff responds when asked. Some amenities you might want like shampoo had to be asked for. The shower was good and towels were good.

The room was disgusting. Bathroom was filthy with hair on the counter, on the floor, poop in the toilet, the tub had not been cleaned in weeks. I wiped the floor with a wet washcloth and it was immediately brown. There were people outside smoking weed and listening to loud music. Final straw came when I brought my things in and a gentleman was complaining that his trailer was being broken into in broad daylight. I just didn’t feel safe there with my children so we left within 15 minutes of checking in. Unfortunately, the desk attendant would not refund me. I would recommend staying further into town and away from the freeway. Avoid this place.

When we arrived I was informed by the front desk that we got the last room with 2 beds and that the room had no working A/C. They would not work with me to either refund my money or just place us in a different room. Stating “ you would have to go through Orbitz for that” , which is fair. But essentially I showed up with my 2 cousins, after driving all day, exhausted… and was told welcome to your hot room that has no AC and also no screen on the window. So when we opened the window to vent the room it let bugs in. Then when we cracked the door to the hall to vent the room and apparently the room on the other side had the same issue. Their door was also cracked all night…and someone smoking pot on the floor had their smoke drifting into our room all night. This is my second disaster stay at a Motel 6. The chain is not staying on top of their affiliates. The only plus was the bathroom was clean.

we had a really wonderful day. It was quiet comfortable. You can adjust the air conditioning, which was very nice. It was 98° in Roseburg. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home while we stayed. We met lots of nice people there too at the hotel.

Motel 6; exactly what you might expect

Good; it was just one night; we just needed a place on the road we could sleep; this fit the bill; nothing fancy, but a legit night of sleep. I suppose a sort of side bonus was having an “In ‘n’ Out” and Elmer’s nearby, with the Elmer’s being hardly a bit of a walk to get to, and staffed with excellent, very friendly service folks and a fairly extensive menu with good quality food.

Basic room, reasonable price

Thin walls. Very noisy, but settled down later. Very basic room. No fridge or microwave. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Just 2 bars of soap. No restroom off lobby. After traveling, it was uncomfortable for one of us to have to wait until check-in to go to our room to use it. But for the price and convenient location, it was good.

I liked everything about the room, the staff, the property, etc. The only thing I didn't like was ... the elevator was out of order the 2 weekends I stayed there. I was on the 2nd floor and it was a challenge carrying my luggage up snd down the stairs.
