I didn’t like this hotel. It was dated. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. The elevator was down so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. We’re elderly. The room needed some repairs. I understand that they are renovating the top floor. So I imagine we’ll hear the construction crew in the morning. We usually stay at Hampton Inns but this one was a disappointment.

Clean and comfortable

Front desk person was SO AMAZING, he was super nice and helpful, unfortunately I'm terrible with names but I wish I could give him a shout out by name because he deserves the recognition. Everyone else is super nice too. Hotel is on the older side but it's very clean and comfortable, hair dryer didn't work but front desk was able to get one for me that did, beds are comfortable, pull out beds don't work like they are supposed to but we were able to make it work. Breakfast was very decent, they had omelettes, hard boiled eggs, potatoes, bacon, yogurt, cereal, different breads (sweet, bagels, etc), scones, juices, coffee, tea, oatmeal, waffles. Overall a very good experience and a great plus was the Texas Roadhouse next to the property. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Having new employees working by themselves is no acceptable. The young lady at the front desk had no idea how to check in , switched me to a room that was not filling my new needs, double charged me and getting me to a room that has no TV for my son entertainment clear signs that I hit an out of order room.
