My room at this hotel had one of the best showers I have ever used in all of my years of travelling...not enough hangars in the closet...freezer but no way to make ice...very comfortable bed and pillows...excellent location...I will definitely stay there again, also because it was affordable. We did not try the restaurant OR the pool - would be helpful to find information on what is available to a guest by leaving a brochure or something in the room. I rated as average the things that I had no experience with...See you next time, Royal Palm.

Customer service was Good, but the amenities on the room was not really good, the room smelled awful, maybe because of the carpets. All the stuffs on the room was old.

The room definitely has more of a motel vibe than hotel. There was a mildew smell and we saw a cockroach in the morning. The front desk was overwhelmed with check ins. Need to staff more people during busy (tournament) weekends.

I got to hotel at 4:20 pm for a 4:00 pm check in and was informed room wasn’t ready. Just traveled 13 hours and then told I couldn’t go to my room. Unacceptable!

Love the environment and atmosphere but I just had a bad encounter with one of the staff members who was a bit rude. As well in the room I stayed in, we had found some critters in the bathroom.

This hotel was totally misrepresented online. The rooms were dirty....old. The tv did not work. The price was over the top. NEVER would I even consider staying in a dump like this!
