Clean room, well stocked. I would recommend getting a tech expert to check out the TV. It was malfunctioning like a computer that crashed. The #7 on the remote control was automatically coming up as if someone kept pushing it, and couldn't change channels. Not a big deal for me as it was late and I was tired anyway, but you might get the wrong guest who flips out about it.

I booked this room last minute for work. I was completely surprised when I checked in to find the room spotless and clean. To be honest I wasn't prepared for that judging from the area and motel look. Staff was friendly checking in and overall stay was pleasant

The TV didn’t work and we had to wait until the maintenance man came and fixed it. The wifi never worked . The windows were dirty obscuring the view of the lake. The baseboards were caked with dirt. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained really slowly. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean although the shower dispensers of soap and shampoo were empty. We left after one night and forfeited our second night.

Room smelled like cigarettes and the floors left my feet black. Cheapest possible watered down toiletries and AC stopped working randomly through the night leaving us sweating. Got the final bill days later and there were so many extra fees I wasn't told about that doubled my expected rate. Absolutely ridiculous

Had issues but they were addressed and resolved I know this hotel has made some nice improvements lately—better beds and better customer service overall—but our stay in Room 634 was a letdown. The room had a strong, funky smell from the moment we walked in. We reported it to the front desk, and although they said they would address it, nothing was done. It was Thanksgiving, so maybe they were short-staffed, but we still expected better. We ended up buying our own Lysol and Febreze just to tolerate the room. For over $360 for 3 nights, that shouldn’t have been necessary. On the positive side, there were no roaches and no major issues besides the odor. A late update. The king gentleman and lady at front desk helped us by changing room. Thank you for making it right.
