Check in went well I was 30 minutes early. I went down to have the dinner at 5 pm the fryer was not working bag of chips was the substitute or salad. Meal was good nice servers. I wanted to tip as I only had cash on me. They could not break a hundred dollars. I tried the front desk they were no help. Ice machine broken, back elevator out of service. .

Shuttle service was nonexistent, to or from the airport. We had to get an uber. This was a key amenity that I needed. As I was leaving I overheard another customer complain about the shuttle. However the attendant was trying to accommodate the him. I was not offered any accommodation. The room we were initially given had red stains on the bathroom floor, it may have even been blood! We asked to switch rooms, the attendant shrugged it of and said it was “probably just wine and no big deal”I did not pay for a room only to have to clean it. I had to ask twice before being granted a room.

I was very pleased with the hospitality on Friday night at check in with Jasmine at the front counter. Check in was quick and we were able to talk a bit on the reason for me being in the area. I didn’t have to interact with staff much after that. Our room was clean, the gym facility was also clean and access of machines and water with no problems. Overall, a quiet property. Thank you for a great job well done. Will stay again if in the area.
