Staff was very friendly and service was considerate. Room and property was clean, room spacious, beds comfortable. First room we were given did not have a working heater. Service guy took care of getting us a new room with new digital thermostat. Easy check in and check out. Would stay again.

Awesome hotel

Best hotel ever stayed at. From hospitality to cleanliness. We would highly recommend . The beds were a little hard but that's all I can complain about.

Liked bed. Did not like door opened upwards instead of normal downward direction. After 16 hour day driving, had to go to lobby to say I couldn’t get in. Then, I was told handle goes upward. Should be part of check in instructions.

Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean, relatively. Furniture was a bit dated, and the room smelled kind of old and moldy. Bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were pretty stiff. Drug addled people hanging out in the parking lot.

The staff were very helpful and respectful. The free shuttle to and from the airport and convention center is a very generous perk offered by the hotel. The rooms and public spaces were quite clean and well maintained. The hotel is only two miles from the heart of downtown Sacramento and one mile from old Sacramento, so it is in a very convenient location.

Great value

For the price this was an excellent choice. Staff was great the breakfast spread was impressive. My only real complaint is that the key card gets demagnetizing too easily. I am looking forward to my stay on March 22 for Sacramento Comic Con!
