Roseville stay

Difficult to adequately review given the state of repair which impacts every aspect of stay. Limited info on “bag” breakfast so did not utilize. Not sure where it was. Rooms were clean which was important. No elevator which means transporting luggage was difficult and plumbing will need an upgrade soon but did not expect much given cost. Staff interaction very limited. Fine for what it was. An overall positive experience.

Do not stay here!!!

Terrible hotel! Took advantage of a disabled veteran! Would not give refund when accommodations did not suit hid needs! The GM was very rude.

Property is under remodel. It was in a scary area. Our room was falling apart. The outlets were falling off the walls. The TV was fuzzy with lines and they came out to fix it. It did not change after repairs. The remote was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, and there was leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest. The door did not fully close so we put a chair in front of it while we slept. We could smell marijuana which also made us nervous. It stated there was a breakfast but it was a grab n go bag with no options. There was a temporary lobby. Staff was OK.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS!!! Upon arrival, it was confusing seeing where the lobby was. Seemed off when getting my room. When I checked into my room, it seemed pretty average, a little dirty. I immediately went to use the restroom and on the wall in front of me was a HUGE BEDBUG !! We didn’t even set our bags down before I noticed it. I immediately recorded the bug, and went back to the lobby. Mind you; this was at 11ish pm and there was a lady blasting music and chain smoking cigarettes right in front of our room. I showed the lobby my video and told them I wasn’t going to stay because who wants to bring bed bugs home. I wasn’t able to get a refund immediately because I booked through Expedia, but this property was just devastating. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE BED BUGS HOME WITH YOU!!!!!!

Very confused

Couldn't find reservation, then said it had been cancelled for none payment, when we had chosen option to pay at property. They had the card on file for the hold, so not sure why they would cancel. We did secure a room finally after a lot of hassle.

Very disappointed in the facilities, poor lighting, getting in the shower is not safe. The first night we had no water for a shower. The shower handle was very hard to turn on. Our key did not work the next night. The first room we were given would not open and did not receive a disabled room as reqested.

The biggest issue was lack of available Wi-Fi. Connection was just not there, you can stay logged in for maybe 2 minutes before you’re kicked off.

Unable to use the shower, a step down with no bars. Very dirty never even stayed one night. the staff was veery nosiy , I tried to take a nap an dit ws impossible Magr said she woudl credit me one noth I never stayed either nights. Very dirty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility looks like it’s in the process of remodeling and updating the rooms. This facility is in an older part of town and there are people walking around that look a little shady. The bed was like sleeping on a trampoline, very hard and springy. The TV sounded horrible and the cable connection isn’t good. The chair was broken and very uncomfortable. The room was clean. Again, the staff were very helpful and nice and this property is under remodeling, there’s just room for improvement.

The room is spacious and moderately clean (the nightstands have stains from previous travelers). The rates are low and attract a blue-collar clientele. The lobby was under construction, so I wandered to find a good-natured desk clerk at the back of the building.
