Great place. Excellent staff. I had booked a single with King bed through Expedia but was told by the hotel that they had no king beds available upon check-in. I was placed in a room with two Doubles instead. Although I did not get a bill adjustment because the hotel said I booked through a third-party site, they comped my parking for the entire length of stay.

The front desk would not allow my wife to check in before I arrived and they made no attempt to allow me to verify her identity but instead were rude. A rep in the back office was needed to solve the problem. They also wouldn't allow her to use the business office. The process made my wife late for a business meeting.

My favorite hotel in Sacramento. Clean and spacious rooms, a wonderful bar with great cocktails, and Dawson’s is conveniently inside for a delicious dinner. Close to everything you could need downtown. Great valet service and I can trust leaving my car.

I was able to check in early! That was so helpful. But when I was leaving and waiting for my Uber, the guy at the concierge desk was playing video games on his phone soooo loud. Never looked up the whole time I was there. It was sometime between 4:30am and 5am. It was extremely annoying. Sounded like I was in a casino. And he would never be able to observe to observe anyone being annoyed or needing assistance because he was just playing his game. At least, if he’s gonna do that, he should put on AirPods or something. Also, the water dispenser on the third floor didn’t work and that really sucked.
