Payed for a hotel WITH a microwave.. asked for a microwave 6 times over the 2 days. Room was dirty and the water in the shower was cold .

Getting better?

Price is good, staff is friendly and attentive. The area is a bit sketchy, especially some homeless and some rowdy people Friday night. They are trying to improve the feel and security with lighting, cameras, and a guard. Rooms are OK. Beds were decently comfortable and rooms seemed clean. They offer continental breakfast, though skimpy - a waffle maker and chocolate mix for drinks would plus it up.

I had a video of the noise in my room and constant knock, knock, knock…..ALL NIGHT from the wall. The pillows were like cardboard. The blankets were mediocre with no extras too add. The room was clean and freshly painted and remodeled.

It was ok for a motel type accommodation and the office staff was trying to keep a semblance of order, but the typical clientele were loud and messy. The surrounding area had quiet a bit of loitering homeless.
